The Challenge

NordEx was operating with disparate proprietary tracking boxes, paper delivery receipts, and fragmented billing spreadsheets. Drivers frequently experienced delays at border crossings without real-time customs document sync, leading to billing disputes and lost revenue.

How We Engineered The Fix

FIMRIQ engineered a cloud dispatch platform connecting in-cabin tablet PWAs directly to dispatchers via real-time WebSockets. As soon as cargo is signed on glass, digital Proof of Delivery (e-POD) triggers an automated PDF invoice and customs declaration dispatch.
